Branding, WordPress Redesign, and eCommerce Overhaul

When Tracey came to me through a referral, she needed a solution to update and elevate her branding and re-imagine two separate WordPress sites and reconfigure her existing tech stack.

The Problem

Tracey had two separate WordPress sites with content going back at least 5 years. Her online business had grown organically, and certain systems where not functioning optimally to meet her needs. She is as bright and fun as her furniture designs, and her branding and existing sites did not reflect that.

The Focus

We needed to figure out the right solution to make supporting her business seamless, bring together her two existing sites, and update and refresh the look and feel of her branding to match her personality.

The Solution

We started out with a tech stack assessment and recommendation, working to rebuild both of her existing sites under one primary umbrella. We opted to continue with WordPress, but utilize the flexible design power of Divi. We chose to shift her existing ecwid store to WooCommerce and add in WooCommerce Subscriptions to support her two paid membership programs.

After the tech stack recommendation, we moved into creating 3 unique brand identities for her primary business — Tracey's Fancy — and two membership programs, The Best You and Posh & Fancy. Each of the membership brand identities ladder up to the overall bright, fun personality of Tracey's Fancy with their own unique identity. The site redesign project included a massive content audit and overhaul and reconfiguration.

A multi-level funnel project using Facebook advertising to generate leads with a free tutorial offer followed by an order bump and lead sequence to a paid membership. The copy, design, and tech setup work was executed at a day rate and ready in less than a week!
